New Diet Pepsi Can from US Soldier in Iraq. This Pepsi can appears to have a picture of the Twin Towers and a jetliner flying between them !!!

WASHINGTON -- A photograph apparently taken by an American service member of a Pepsi can before departing Iraq has spurred a heated debate online for what some say is a "slap in the face" from the soda maker's Middle East/Africa division.


As U.S. troops left Iraq, U.S. soldier Rolando Martinez reportedly took the photo at right of a Pepsi can he found. Many online, including users who posted to the PepsiCo Facebook page, believe the rendering of a skyline combined with an airplane overhead depict the Twin Towers in New York City on Sept. 11, 2001.


In the wake of the uproar, PepsiCo posted the following message to its Facebook wall:


"We understand that the design of the can be misinterpreted, which was never our intention. The design is one of two Diet Pepsi cans designed for our Middle East/Africa region, which was created by a South African design agency to display the growth of active cities in that region.
"Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us- we appreciate it. We have taken action to change the design of the can."


This doesn't seem to be enough for some consumers, many of whom have called for a boycott of the company.

The can does not directly state the pictured skyline depicts New York City, but many who have posted to Facebook and elsewhere online say at the very least, the design was not well-conceived.


An NBC News affiliate in Colorado reports the picture was viewed on Martinez' Facebook page almost 30,000 times. The link to the original picture seems to be broken. Martinez was helping to close down a base in Iraq following the U.S. withdrawal from war operations in that country, NBC reports.

Federal judge: Iran shares responsibility for 9/11 terror attacks !!!

NEW YORK — In an historic hearing in the federal courthouse in Manhattan on Thursday, U.S. District Court Judge George Daniels said he planned to issue a ruling in the coming days declaring that Iran shares in the responsibility for the 9/11 terror attacks.


“The extensive record submitted to this court, including fact witnesses and expert testimony, is satisfactory to this court,” Judge Daniels said. The court “accepts as true” the various allegations of the plaintiffs and their experts, he declared, and “will issue an order” in the coming days that Iran bears legal responsibility for providing “material support” to the 9/11 plotters and hijackers.


Family members of 9/11 victims who attended the open-court hearing broke into tears. They had nervously sat through a four-hour presentation by attorneys Thomas E. Mellon, Jr., and Timothy B. Fleming, consisting of evidence backing up their claims that Iran had foreknowledge of the 9/11 attacks and actively assisted the hijackers in planning, preparing, and executing their plan.


“My husband’s name is on that lawsuit,” said Fiona Havlish, the lead plaintiff in the case against Iran. Her spouse, Donald G. Havlish, Jr, perished on the 101st floor of the World Trade Center’s South Tower. “This is about my husband, all our husbands, our loved ones, our sons, our daughters.”


Ellen Saracini, whose husband, Victor Saracini, took off that morning at the controls of United Airlines Flight 175, called it “a historic day” because a U.S. court found that Iran was responsible for the attacks. “When I heard the verdict, I just smiled up to Victor and said, ‘we’re still thinking about you up there.’”


In presenting evidence gathered by the attorneys and their outside investigator, Timothy Fleming revealed tantalizing details of still-sealed videotaped depositions provided by three defectors from Iranian intelligence organizations.


One of those defectors was “physically present” when al-Qaida’s second in command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, came to Iran in January 2001 for four days of intense closed-door meetings with the top leadership in Iran to discuss the impending attacks.


Another took part in writing up the debriefing reports of Iran’s al-Qaida liaison, Imad Mugniyeh, once he returned to Iran from Afghanistan after the 9/11 attacks.


The most dramatic moment of the hearing came when Fleming unveiled the identity of a third defector and described in detail the information he had provided.


The defector, Abdolghassem Mesbahi, had been a confidant of Iranian leader Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini, the Islamic Republic’s founder, and headed up European operations for the new regime’s fledging intelligence service in the early 1980s.


Then, Mesbahi actively took part in developing a set of terrorist contingency plans, called “Shaitan der atash” — meaning “Satan in the Flames,” or “Satan on Fire” — to be used against the United States.


“This contingency plan for unconventional or asymmetrical warfare against the United States was the origin of subsequent terror attacks against the United States, up to and including the terrorist attacks of 9/11.” Fleming said. “Osama bin Laden and al Qaeda joined the Iranian operational planning in the early to mid-1990s.”


Those earlier “unconventional” attacks included the 1996 Khobar Towers bombing in Saudi Arabia, the 1998 bombings of U.S. embassies in Kenya and Tanzania, and the 2000 attack on the U.S.S. Cole.


In 1996, Mesbahi learned hard-liners within the regime intended to kill him. He fled Iran for Europe, where he was granted political refugee status.


Mesbahi soon became a witness in German court proceedings stemming from the assassination of Kurdish dissidents in the Mykonos restaurant in Berlin, and went to ground in a witness protection program. Known only as “Witness C,” his testimony led the German court to name the top leadership of Iran as personally responsible for ordering the assassinations, and caused the European Union to withdraw their ambassadors from Iran for 18 months.


Ever since then, Mesbahi has been a marked man, hunted by the regime’s intelligence services.


Fleming described Mesbahi’s desperate attempts in the weeks before the 9/11 attacks to contact German and U.S. intelligence agencies, after he received a series of coded messages from one of his former intelligence colleagues in Iran.


The first message, which he received on July 23, 2001, told him that the “Shaitan der atash” contingency plan against the United States had been activated.


Mesbahi knew at that point that something awful was about to occur, but he didn’t know which of the many variants of the plan had been selected, Fleming said. In one version of the plan, Iranian-backed terrorists were supposed to attack gas stations around the United States, causing their underground fuel tanks to explode. In another, they were to attack oil refineries.


The second message, which he received on Aug. 13, 2001, told him which plan had been selected. “This was the plan to crash civilian jetliners into major U.S. cities, including New York and Washington,” Fleming said.


The third message, which Mesbahi received on Aug. 27, told him that “Germany was involved” in some way in the plans. As Fleming pointed out, several of the 9/11 hijackers, including the lead pilot, Mohammad Atta, were working out of Hamburg, Germany.


The 9/11 Commission report referred obliquely to Mesbahi and others who had “some fragmentary knowledge” of the impending attacks in its narrative of the events of the summer of 2001. The “system was blinking red” and U.S. intelligence agencies were receiving “frequent fragmentary reports from around the world,” Mellon, one of the 9/11 families’ attorneys, told the court.


Both Mellon and Fleming saluted the bravery of the three defectors who “risked their lives” to help bring out the truth of Iran’s involvement in the 9/11 plot.


In addition to the defectors, Mellon recruited three senior staff members from the 9/11 Commission to describe the importance of Iran’s efforts to facilitate the travel of the 9/11 hijackers to and from Afghanistan.


Janice Kephart, who authored a separate monograph on the terrorists’ travel for the Commission, told the court that travel facilitation was not just a coincidence. It was “like a military operation” and was “crucial military support” for the 9/11 plot, she said.


Fleming and Mellon explained that Iran sent its top terrorist operative, Imad Fayez Mugniyeh, to Saudi Arabia and Lebanon on several trips to accompany eight to ten of the “muscle” hijackers back to Iran.


This was critical, they said, because the hijackers needed to reach al-Qaida camps in Afghanistan for briefings on the 9/11 operation. But because they were traveling on new Saudi passports and either already had or intended to get U.S. visas, the U.S. might refuse them entry if they had Iranian or Afghan entry stamps.


So without Iran’s decision to allow the future hijackers invisible passage to and from Afghanistan — without stamping their passports — the 9/11 attacks might never have occurred.


As a result, Kephart testified, the U.S. State Department approved 22 of the 23 visa applications submitted by the future hijackers and their associates.


“Today, I feel a great sense of relief,” Mellon said after the judge declared his intention to rule in favor of the 9/11 families. “The families have waited a very long time for this day, so I was greatly relieved for the families. Ten years ago, one of the family members asked me, who was responsible?” for the 9/11 attacks.


“Well, today we have found — the judge has found — that the responsible party was Iran,” he added.


Judge Daniels said he expected to issue a final opinion in the case early next week, finding Iran responsible for the worst terror attacks ever perpetrated on U.S. soil.

Obama's Legacy--Sharia Law Unleashed--Mission Accomplished !!!

Barack Obama was sworn-in as "POTUS" legally or not in 1/2009. According to those who deemed him the "New Messiah," including the "Mainstream Media " he was the "Anointed Savior " of not just the USA but the entire world. Without vetting equal to or even close to any "Prior Precedent or Journalistic Standards" he was allowed to "Unabashedly Lie, Deny and present False Image to the American people." Bill Ayers wrote as the author of Obama's "Autobiographies," "I {Obama } will stand with the Muslim world, no matter where the winds blow." Bill Ayers a terrorist in his own right, could never have envisioned the truth in that statement; or did he?


In 1/09 "Middle Eastern Nations" knew where America stood.  Islamic killers, 12th'r Governments and Sharia Law were the enemy and totally unacceptable. America's elected leaders saw the threat and "Minced No Words or Actions " accordingly. Israel had no doubt that America was her greatest friend. That any threat local, regional or worse global; America would be her firewall. 33 months since 1/09, a very short time historically, Barack Obama has turned enemies into friends, and allies into well; enemies. 


Sharia Law has become the "The Real Arab Spring." Egypt is now ruled by the Muslim Brotherhood. Libya declares Sharia,  Law of the Land. Tunisia follows suit. Sharia inspired chaos continues in Syria, Saudi Arabia, and throughout the "Mid-East."  Europe, Australia, England, the "Former Soviet Union"  and even America's "OWS" protests; are now inflicted by Sharia Law madness. How did this happen? "WTF" is going on?


Barack Obama was raised as a child in Indonesia, as a Muslim; under the strictest of Sharia Law. This is not a conspiracy or some crazy "Cold-Cocked" fantasy; it's an undeniable fact--Period !!! He was raised and taught to believe America and England were "Imperialists" That they conquered and dominated all they could. Please note this education Obama received, was after both World Wars of the 20th century. Keep present  the absence of the fact, America and England had twice saved the "Collective World's Ass." That the price England and America paid in human treasure, is beyond any known form of measurement. 


Barack Obama while raised in Indonesia, was taught and personally fermented his worse hatred for Israel. To this day, no Jews are knowingly allowed into Indonesia. The price of being a Jew in Indonesia--Death. Obama as are all Muslims, was raised to see Israel as the ultimate "Anti-Islam/Mohammed State." Islamic/Sharia Law as passed down from "God and Mohammed" orders all followers of "God and the Prophet" to destroy the Jews/Israel. England and America's post WW2 leadership in reestablishing the "State of Israel" was the ultimate sin against Islam. There could never be forgiveness, for this brazen act of treason against God, Mohammed and Islam.   


America commenced a war against "Islamic Whack Jobs and the Governments" who sponsor them at 9am est. on 9-11-2001. With the Taliban and Al-Qaeda on the run in the summer of 2009 hundreds of thousands of brave Iranian youth took to the streets of Iran demanding an end to the Ayatollah, his Mullahs, and that  "Holocaust" loving President; who swears over and over that the 12th Imam has directed him to end Israel's existence and bring about the conditions for the return of himself the "Glorified Madi." The world watched for several days waiting as always, for leadership from America. 8 days into the protests President Barack Obama went on world wide television to tell the American public and world at large, "This is an Iranian matter, America will not get involved in the affairs of a foreign government. We encourage the Iranian government to use restraint when dealing with the protesters." Obama's statement that day lead to the Rape, Torture and Death of untold Iranian youth and citizens in general. If you agreed with this decision or not, in 2009 the policy of President Obama was; Not To Get Involved in Foreign Government Issues/Matters.


Egypt for nearly 30 years had been an ally to America and Israel, without question Murbarak's government was "Strong-Handed and less than Democratic" in structure.However having stipulated that, Egypt kept not only peace with Israel whom it borders; but aided Israel and America in it's fight against "Islamic Whack-Jobs and Governments" that sponsored them. Murbarak was truly a tested friend of Israel and the west. When protests began to develop in Egypt, Obama had set the American precedent; "We stay out of foreign government matters." Who would've thunk that Obama would go on live television and tell Murbarak; "You Must Go." This not only contradicted his own policy, it betrayed and stabbed in the back our and Israel's longtime trusted ally. Was Bill Ayers the only one, whose jaw did not hit the floor? 


Obama touted Egypt as the "Arab Spring." The rise of "Freedom" in the middle-east. What Obama and the "Main-Stream" media forgot or decided not to tell America and the world, even as one of their own was being raped and beaten in public; was that Freedom had not risen, indeed the only thing rising was the rule of Sharia Law. Which by any honest analysis, Sharia Law and Freedom are less compatible than CBS and Charlie Sheen. That is unless you consider the "Sanctioned by Law" rape of any woman freedom. Hey Jane Fonda and "NOW," is that freedom? That what ya been fighting for all these years?


Wow, so as Sharia takes hold via the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt, Obama decides once again to contradict his own policy this time in Libya. Before I go any further, I was in college when "Flight 103" was taken down hours before Christmas. Far as I was concerned then and now as I write this, Reagan should have detonated a nuke up Gadaffi's ass; would've been no loss to mankind. Having said that, an internal dispute erupts in Libya, fueled by the "Arab Spring." You got Al-Qaeda involved, the Muslim Brotherhood, Iran and God knows who else. Once again Obama goes on live tv and tells Gaddafi " Ya gotta go." This time he commits American troops under "NATO" control none the less to "Bomb Gaddafi" out of power. Obama tells America/the world, "This is not an American mission." Yet when Gaddafi is recently killed, Obama tells the world, " America has lead the way in liberating Libya." Once again as several of their own are being tortured and beaten, the "Main-Stream" media forgets or decides not to tell America/the world that even though Gadaffi  is gone--yeah--Sharia Law is taking his place. Once again besides Bill Ayers, does anybody think this is a really good thing? Hey Jane and "NOW" what ya all think?


Okay I know, the "New Leaders" of Libya are now saying were like this "Moderate" form of Sharia Law; excuse me for a minute while I fall out of my chair laughing...........okay I'm back off the floor. For the record, there is no such thing as a "Moderate" form of Sharia Law. Why? Because to proclaim yourself as such in Islamic way is to proclaim yourself as a traitor to "God and Mohammed." Ya all ever see that sick video of the beheading of Daniel Pearl? Well what they did to Daniel would be considered kind compared to what they would do to one of their own who is viewed as betraying "God and Mohammed." Sharia Law is not a religious law as we think of it. It's not like the 10 commandments. The 10 commandments are a guideline for personal conduct, they encourage love, respect and devotion to our fellow man. Sharia Law on the other hand is a doctrine of conquest of "All Infidels." It's about domination, power, submission, violence, sexual perversions and a never ending lust and thirst for blood. If you doubt this, read the damn Koran, investigate and research Sharia Law. Look at the history of Islam and the conduct and behavior of it's followers throughout the ages. Ask yourself why was the abomination known as the Ground Zero Mosque initially set to be called/named the Cordoba Mosque? If you don't know--Research it. While you're at it, see if you can find more than 500 cases where Islamic conquests ended with Mosques being built over or on the place of conquest. Ask yourself a couple simple questions: Why did they do this? What does this say? What does it mean in the future? 


While were asking questions I have a few for Barack Obama: Mr. President, how does replacing our ally Mubarak with Sharia Law benefit America, Israel or mankind for that matter? How does allowing Libya with all their oil falling under control of Sharia Law benefit America, Israel or mankind? How does giving Iran's government a pass and watching them undeterred build Nuclear Weapons benefit America, Israel or mankind? How much more danger and instability do you have to cause and put in place, before your mission to "God and the Prophet" is completed? One last question: whose next? Is it Greece, England, Syria, Spain, Australia or us ???

9/11 Memorial Flags Disrespectfully Removed By Georgia County Official - Video

3,000 American flags that each represented a victim of 9/11 were planted at a city park in Canton, Georgia, but found their way to trash cans and the floor of the Cherokee County Courthouse. CBS Atlanta reports that the organizers who planted the memorial are outraged after learning the order to disrespectfully remove the flags came from the Cherokee County Solicitor General David Cannon Jr.:

Lori Pesta, president of “Salute to Our Veterans,” the group that planted the memorial, found the flags on the county courthouse floor and stuffed in trashcans. Pesta told WSBTV that she filed a police report Thursday after seeing the flags were missing from the park, and assumed that someone had stole them. Pesta and Vietnam War veteran John Marinko told WSBTV that they were appalled when they discovered the flags, which cost the group $2,500, lying on the floor.

“Each one of these flags represents a soul that was lost on 9/11. They deserve respect,” said Marinko.

What are the odds?: On tenth anniversary of 9/11 first three winners at New York track are horses with numbers 9,1, and 1 !!!

On the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks on Sunday, horses wearing the numbers 9, 1 and 1 won the first three races at Belmont.


The New York City track served as one of the staging areas for workers and emergency vehicles in the days following the destruction of the World Trade Center.


David Jacobson, the trainer at the stable that owns the first two winners, tells the New York Post that the odds "were probably about a million to one."


Actually, the pick three paid $18.60 for a $2 bet.

During the 9/11 ceremonies in New York the director of the C-SPAN telecast took a shot of Obama and his wife while the World Trade Center American flag that survived the attack was being folded by local police and fire fighters. Watch the video until the folding of the flag is almost finished. At that point read Michelle’s big lips as she leans over to Obama and says “ALL THIS FOR A DAMN FLAG” ???

Atheist Group Files Lawsuit Against Display of WTC Cross at 9/11 Memorial !!!

A group of atheists has filed a lawsuit claiming the display of the World Trade Center cross at the 9/11 memorial in lower Manhattan is unconstitutional, calling it a "mingling of church and state."

The American Atheists, which advocates an "absolute separation" of government and religion, filed the lawsuit Monday to stop the display of the cross, arguing that it should not be included if "no other religions or philosophies will be honored," according to a statement on the group's website. 

The cross, which consists of two intersecting steel beams that were found intact in the rubble at Ground Zero, was initially constructed on a side of a church in lower Manhattan. The cross was then placed inside the 9/11 Memorial Museum during a ceremony over the weekend. 

"The WTC cross has become a Christian icon. It has been blessed by so-called holy men and presented as a reminder that their god, who couldn't be bothered to stop the Muslim terrorists or prevent 3,000 people from being killed in his name, cared only enough to bestow upon us some rubble that resembles a cross," the group's president, Dave Silverman, said in a press release. "It's a truly ridiculous assertion."
