Ouch, That’s gotta hurt !!! Federal inmate makes strong showing against Obama in West Virginia primary !!!

CHARLESTON, West Virginia – Just how unpopular is President Barack Obama in some parts of the country? Enough that a man in prison in Texas is getting 4 out of 10 votes in West Virginia's Democratic presidential primary.

The inmate, Keith Judd, is serving time at the Beaumont Federal Correctional Institution in Texas for making threats at the University of New Mexico in 1999. With 93 percent of precincts reporting, Obama was receiving just under 60 percent of the vote to Judd's 40 percent.

For some West Virginia Democrats, simply running against Obama is enough to get Judd votes.

"I voted against Obama," said Ronnie Brown, a 43-year-old electrician from Cross Lanes who called himself a conservative Democrat. "I don't like him. He didn't carry the state before and I'm not going to let him carry it again."

When asked which presidential candidate he voted for, Brown said, "That guy out of Texas."

Judd was able to get on the state ballot by paying a $2,500 fee and filing a form known as a notarized certification of announcement, said Jake Glance, a spokesman for the Secretary of State's office.

Attracting at least 15 percent of the vote would normally qualify a candidate for a delegate to the Democratic National Convention. But state Democratic Party Executive Director Derek Scarbro said no one has filed to be a delegate for Judd. The state party also believes that Judd has failed to file paperwork required of presidential candidates, but officials continue to research the matter, Scarbro said.

Voters in other conservative states showed their displeasure with Obama in Democratic primaries last March.

In Oklahoma, anti-abortion protester Randall Terry got 18 percent of the primary vote. A lawyer from Tennessee, John Wolfe, pulled nearly 18,000 votes in the Louisiana primary. In Alabama, 18 percent of Democratic voters chose "uncommitted" in the primary rather than vote for Obama. In Tuesday's North Carolina primary, 21 percent of Democratic voters marked "no preference."

Prostitutes at Nevada’s famed legal brothel, the “Bunny Ranch,” are endorsing GOP presidential hopeful Ron Paul in the hopes that the Libertarian candidate will advance the push for legalized prostitution nationwide. The women, along with their manager, explained why legalized prostitution is far healthier than the black market variety. While they are indeed Americans exercising their freedom to support the primary candidate of their choosing, getting the Paul camp to accept said donations is another story entirely. Thomas Sowell: I’ll Take Gingrich over Romney

Economist and conservative author Thomas Sowell says voters should disregard Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich’s “baggage” and support the former House speaker because defeating President Obama in 2012 is crucial to America’s future.


Sowell cites Gingrich’s solid record of “concrete accomplishments,” which he argues makes him a stronger candidate than former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who pushed through one of the liberal healthcare programs in the nation. 


Sowell, one of the nation’s most respected conservative columnists and a senior fellow on public policy at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University, writes in his nationally syndicated column: “What the media call Gingrich’s ‘baggage’ concerns largely his personal life and the fact that he made a lot of money running a consulting firm after he left Congress.


“But how much weight should we give to this stuff when we are talking about the future of the nation?”


Sowell points to Obama’s economic policies, which have taken the country down a path that has “led Western European nations to the brink of financial disaster.”


He also cites a foreign policy that has “pulled the rug” out from under America’s allies while seeking to “cozy up” to our enemies, and says the failure to deter Iran from pursuing nuclear weapons development could have consequences “beyond our worst imagining.”


“Against this background, how much does Newt Gingrich’s personal life matter?” Sowell asks.


Voters should recognize Gingrich’s “concrete accomplishments” when he was House speaker — the first Republican takeover of the House in 40 years, welfare reform, and the first balanced budget in 40 years, Sowell says.


The real question, he observes, is whether Gingrich is better than Obama — and better than “smooth talker” Mitt Romney.


He concludes: “Those who want to concentrate on the baggage in Newt Gingrich’s past, rather than on the nation’s future, should remember what Winston Churchill said: ‘If the past sits in judgment on the present, the future will be lost.’ If that means a second term for Barack Obama, then it means we’ve lost, big time.”

Warning: Obama Wants Your Republican Friend’s Email !!!

Nah, this isn’t creepy at all:
The Obama presidential campaign is launching an effort to collect Republican email addresses by inviting its supporters to submit information about their Republican associates to the Obama 2012 website.

The effort could help the Obama campaign build a database that would enable it to target Republican voters during the general election campaign. But, more perniciously, it could also become part of an Democratic effort to influence Republican primary voters to select a candidate Democrats think Obama could most easily defeat. [...]

The Obama information collection effort is cast under the mischievous guise of asking Obama supporters to “have a little fun at the expense of a Republican in your life” by signing them up to get an email from the Obama campaign ribbing them for having “inspired” the Obama supporter to donate.

The result, however, is that the Obama campaign gets a new trove of Republican email addresses that it could never have collected through voluntary submissions.

I don’t get it. For one, this is a strange way to get donations: “tell your Republican friend just how much you disagree with them and hope they lose by giving us money!” Secondly, it’s assuming that Obama’s supporters are just that spiteful and petty and willing to give up their so-called friends’ emails to an email list they probably don’t want because they’re, y’know, Republicans.

Does the Obama campaign really think the donations and emails they get from this will amount to much? I highly doubt they’ll penetrate into the hearts and minds of Republican voters with the relatively small number of addresses they get. Maybe it’s just good fun, or maybe it’s creepy. I’m going with the latter.

Gingrich cutting into President Obama’s support in key swing states, new Quinnipiac University poll reveals

Gingrich routing Mitt Romney in Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania
Newt Gingrich has a double-digit lead over Mitt Romney in key swing states and his surging candidacy has started to cut into President Obama’s support in those states, a new poll found.

In a head-to-head Republican matchup, GOP voters in Florida, Ohio and Pennsylvania chose Gingrich over Romney by margins ranging from 18 to 27 percentage points, a Quinnipiac University poll released Thursday found.

No one has won the White House since 1960 without carrying at least two of the three swing states.

“Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich is no longer just the flavor of the month since his boomlet has now stretched from November into December and voting begins in Iowa in less than four weeks,” said Peter Brown, assistant director of the Quinnipiac University Polling Institute.

“Gingrich’s surge in the GOP race is accompanied by a better showing among independent voters in a general election race against President Obama, although he still has a ways to go. The president still leads Gingrich in Pennsylvania, but Ohio and Florida are too close to call,” Brown added.

Matching Obama against either Romney or Gingrich shows the President’s weakness, the poll found. In Florida and Ohio, Romney beats Obama by two to three percentage points. In Pennsylvania, Obama edges out Romney.

The Quinnipiac poll comes one day after a CNN/Time poll showed Gingrich is now 13 points up on Romney in Iowa and and a whopping 23 points ahead in two other early voting states: South Carolina and Florida.

The stunning rise of Gingrich’s candidacy from near-dead status has prompted some Romney backers to call for the former Massachusetts governor to begin to fight back — and make use of his commanding fund-raising edge over the former House Speaker, the Daily News has reported.

WASHINGTON, DC - Sources close to Hillary Clinton say she will announce her run for President in 2012.

Hillary Clinton came to WWN Headquarters and told editors that she is livid about the downgrade of the U.S. Credit Rating. “I’ve stood silent long enough. I don’t think Obama is a leader and I know… I know I can do a much better job. I am a true leader and… I am going to challenge Barack Obama for the Democratic nomination for the President of the United States.”

The White House was quick to deny the news, saying that as far as they knew Hillary Clinton is happy as Secretary of State and remains loyal to Barack Obama.

But, WWN has learned that in recent weeks, Bill Clinton, has been meeting with democratic operatives in Washington and grass roots leaders early primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina. Bill thinks this time around, Hillary can easily wrestle the nomination from a weakened Barack Obama.



“It’s her time. The nation desperately needs Hillary. The world desperately needs Hillary,” Bill Clinton told WWN’s Frank Lake in phone interview last night.



Some cynical Republican consultants feel that this was the plan all along. “They made a pact back in 2008. Barack would serve one term and get Obamacare passed, then Hillary would serve two terms and pass the other elements of their progressive agenda. The plan is working perfectly.”

Sources close to Hillary said, however, that Hillary has not spoken to Barack Obama personally in over three weeks. “Hillary feels that President Obama has moved dramatically to the center and abandoned the core progressive principles they both old dear.”

A quick Rasmussen poll of Democratic primary voters puts the race at 52% for Hillary and 45% for Obama with 3% undecided.

James Carville, Paul Begala and, surprisingly, Dick Morris, have all signed up to join the Hillary for President team. 2012 is going to be a wild year.

Bill Clinton likes Hillary’s chances. “Hillary is going to crush Obama. And the country is going to get two for one. We are back, baby. We’re back!!”

Republicans and Tea Party Patriots are… very worried. VERY worried.

2. Ability to defeat Barack Obama in the General Election.
3. Someone who is ready to be POTUS, from the moment of “Swearing In.”
4. Thorough knowledge of issues, both Domestic and Foreign.
5.Strong Pro-Life Supporter.
6. Strong advocate and defender of the “State of Israel.”
7. Individual who despises the “Lame-Stream,” as much as we do. 
8. Ability, eagerness and willingness to tell the “Lame-Stream,” exactly how they feel about them.
9. Ability to Restore America’s Greatness, Principles and Honor.
10. Someone who will Never Apologize for America, and her Greatness.
11. Someone who has a “Honest Understanding” and “Appropriate Mistrust,” of the United Nations and it’s horribly flawed policies and decisions.
12. Pro 2nd Amendment.
13. A proven “Constitutional Conservative.”
14. Established record of accomplishments, within a “Governmental Setting.” 
15. Has no “Friends/Acquaintances” with the last name of Ayers, Wright, Farrakhan..etc.
16. A practicing Christian—is Preferred.
17. Proven ability to Eviscerate Obama, in the upcoming Presidential Debates.
18. Supports tapping into all possible “Domestic Energy Sources.”  “Drill Baby Drill.”
19. A commitment and willingness to go to war with Iran, to prevent the “Madmen” running Iran from ever {no exceptions}; acquiring Nuclear Weapons.
20. That understands Russia and China are not our “Allies,” as Obama views them.
21. Will not accept and will do everything possible to remove “Sharia Law” from the United States.
22. Displays public anger at the building of the “Ground Zero Mosque.” 
23. Will never allow “Enemy Combatants or Foreign Terrorists” the rights of America’s court system. America’s military will have total responsibility for the handling of these Scumbags. 


We compared each candidate versus this list. Newt Gingrich was the only “Declared” candidate who received a “Check,” in every category. His debate performances have been “Edge of your seat” television. During these debates Newt’s been systematically teaching/reminding America of her Honor and Principles. It's working--America is remembering! 


Is Newt a ‘Perfect Human Being”--no. Does he have “Flaws”--yes, as do we; the creators of Barracuda Brigade and everyone reading this post. Histories greatest leaders Lincoln, Washington, Churchill, Bibi, Reagan: none were perfect. All had flaws. Did that stop them from being the leaders we all look up to? Hell no!
