The jury has found in favor of Garth Brooks in a lawsuit he filed against a Yukon hospital.
Brooks sued the Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in his hometown of Yukon, saying it reneged on a promise to build the center and name it after his mother, who died of cancer in 1999.
The jury found Integris breached its contract and found Brooks should get his $500,000 donation back and they also requested $150,000 in punitive damages.
