Dorothy Who

Hi Everyone! Today I have for you China Glaze "Dorothy Who?".  I LOVE this color!!!! It's such a pretty blue glitter.  I have really been into glitter and sparkles here lately.  For this mani, I layered Dorothy Who over China Glaze "Up all Night".  I used just Dorothy Who on my accent nail for fun.  I like how it doesn't stand out too much, but there is just enough of a difference to be noticeable up close.  Hope you are all having a great day!
